Hello all,

I wanted to invite you and your students to the 2010 Kilohana Beach Workout which will be held on September 11, 2010 in Alameda, California. Please see the Kilohana Event Calendar for details.

Professor Bob Reish will be the main instructor, but we like to have an open format (lots of sharing) so there will be many more instructors.  If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a ring or email me.

Also, if you can think of anyone I have forgotten to invite or you would like to invite, please let me know or go ahead and invite them.  Thanks and hope to see you there!
