The Kilohana Bruce Raney Award is given to two individuals, one female and one male, who are nominated by their instructors and voted on by the Kilohana Standards Board. Criteria for this award includes outstanding attendance at Kilohana events and dedication to hard and serious training.  Recipients are awarded full scholarship to all Kilohana events for one year.
